Six elevators transport guests from the art-filled lobby with marbled square pillars and decorative lighting, to the Parkroyal Kuala LumpurÂ’s Grand Ballroom, several restaurants and business facilities. For guests travelling by car, the hotel offers a multilevel car park with valet parking and a security guard. Other guest amenities include airport transfer and limousine hire on request. Fitness and health facilities include the sixth floor half-size Olympic pool. Giftware, tour assistance, massage services, and babysitting/child minding are available on-site. Conference/function room(s): Meetings and functions are accommodated within the Grand Plaza Parkroyal on the second floor. The Grand Ballroom measures 670 square metres (7,212 square feet) and is also suited to boardroom meetings, classroom seating, banquet functions, and receptions. Eight other rooms on level two provide varying function space for seminars, presentations, and other guest events. Most are able to accommodate 12−150 people, depending on the meeting room and seating configuration. All function rooms have high-speed Internet. The Plaza Ballroom in the hotel’s lower lobby is 512 square metres (5511 square feet) and suits classroom, reception, theatre, and banquet style settings, and has an adjacent foyer with capacity for up to 250 guests in pre-function style. The hotel can offer outdoor and poolside function areas on request. Banquet catering may be requested.
