The Prince Hotel and Residence has lift attendants who can assist guests to each level. Guests can request valet parking (surcharge), and there are complimentary parking spaces within the basement, and a hotel parking garage. Through the concierge, guests can arrange a limousine service for airport transfers. A complimentary shuttle service is also available to in-house guests to the local city commercial areas such as the Twin Towers and the city centre. Rental cars may also be arranged. Other guest services include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, currency exchange, dry cleaning, tour assistance, and a Japanese-speaking service officer.
The five food and beverage outlets include a cigar bar and poolside dining. The swimming pool is on level ten, beside the health club, which has a guest lounge, children’s activity centre, and a full service health spa. The spa also offers beauty services. On the second floor there is a hair salon and a gift shop. For guests of the serviced apartments, a games room offers a billiards table and apartment guests may also request a barbecue grill for self-service cooking. Conference/function room(s): On level three, the nine function rooms, main ballroom, and pre-function area provide 1,500 square metres (16,146 square feet) of floor space. The Grand Prince Ballroom accommodates 800 guests and may be partitioned into two equal sized rooms. The 577 square metres (6,211 square feet) Junior Prince Ballroom is on level three. The nine function rooms range in capacity from 40 to 120 guests. Two smaller meeting rooms are located next to the business centre, each with capacity of eight guests. A VIP room may also be requested, which is 87 square metres (936 square feet) of floor space.
Other: Cell phone/mobile rental can be arranged at the concierge desk. Exhibition space is available in the foyer level on level three, at 250 square metres (2,691 square feet) or within the ballrooms. The helpdesk manager is available on stand by for audiovisual and technical assistance.

All guestrooms and apartments in the Prince Hotel and Residence Kuala Lumpur are provided with premium bedding and pillow menus for all beds, and are air conditioned with adjustable controls in-room. Hotel guestrooms offer minibars and daily bottled water, and tea and coffee making facilities are provided in all accommodation. The apartments have full kitchens with microwaves and large refrigerators. The apartments also have separate sitting areas.
Complimentary high-speed Internet is provided to serviced apartments, Premier Executive Rooms, and Club rooms, and at surcharge to all other guestrooms. All have in-room safe boxes.
