Conference/function room(s): The Westin Kuala Lumpur has several meeting and event spaces, including the Westin Grand Ballroom on the second floor, at 615 square metres (6,620 square feet). The ballroom can be partitioned into two rooms. The level two Straits room at 220 square metres (2,368 square feet) can form three meeting rooms. Conference rooms, boardrooms, and foyers suitable for cocktails are also available. The Malaya room on level one at 192 square metres (2,067 square feet) can accommodate 150 guests for banquet settings and 190 guests for cocktails/receptions. A boardroom for six guests is also on level one, near the business centre.
Other: The hotel technology helpdesk is available Monday to Friday. Audiovisual equipment can be requested and may include flip charts, screens, and projectors. Meeting packages are also available.

Child care/babysitting: Child minding and babysitting service are available in the Westin Kid’s Club for children aged three to twelve years, for a surcharge of MYR20 (US$6) per hour per child for the first hour and MYR15 (US$5) per hour after.
